Premium Physio Complaints Procedure
Premium Physio is committed to providing excellence in every aspect of its primary care provision. However, we accept that despite our best efforts, there may be an occasion when our standards fail to meet your approval. To deal with these circumstances we have a robust complaints procedure that should be followed.
We consider it to be of great importance to receive both positive and negative feedback from our customers and patients. We welcome any feedback on the service we provide. You have our assurance that all complaints will be dealt with confidentially, sensitively and in a timely manner.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the treatment or service that you have received from Premium Physio, you are entitled to make a complaint, have it considered and receive a timely response.
A complaint can be made by a patient or person affected or likely to be affected by the actions or decisions of Premium Physio. Someone acting on behalf of the patient or person, with his or her consent, can also make a complaint.
Any complaints should be received within 6 months of the event(s) concerned, or within 6 months of becoming aware that you have something to complain about.
The first stage of this complaints procedure is ‘Local Resolution’. Your complaint should be made in the first instance to the physiotherapist providing the service or the Manager at the locality. Local resolution aims to resolve complaints quickly and as close to the source of the complaint as possible, using the most appropriate means, for example the use of conciliation. Following this, if your complaint still remains unresolved this can be esculated further by contacting;
